Robert Williams among Raptors targets

Feb. 2, 2022  According to Bleacher Report's Jake Fischer, the Raptors have been in touch with rival teams to gauge what they can get for Goran Dragic and a first-round pick. The framework was reportedly brought up in negotiations with the Pacers for Myles Turner before he suffered a stress reaction in his left foot, and Boston's Robert Williams is now said to be on Toronto's "list of big man targets."

Daniel Theis a possibility for Raptors

Jan. 27, 2022 — In addition to Myles Turner and Jakob Poeltl, Bleacher Report's Jake Fischer reported that the Raptors have been mentioned as a possible destination for Houston's Daniel Theis.

Fischer adds that there were discussions with the Pacers regarding a swap between Domantas Sabonis and Pascal Siakam, but "negotiations stalled."

Raptors interested in Jakob Poeltl reunion

Jan. 14, 2022NBA insider Marc Stein reports that the Raptors are said to have interest in San Antonio's Jakob Poeltl. The Raptors selected Poeltl with the No. 9 pick in the 2016 NBA Draft. He was included in the trade that helped the Raptors land Kawhi Leonard in 2018.

Poeltl is on the books for $8.8 million this season and $9.4 million next season.

Raptors in race for Myles Turner?

Jan. 13, 2022 — League personnel say the Raptors are a "team to keep an eye on" for Indiana's Myles Turner, per Bleacher Report's Jake Fischer. The asking price for Turner reportedly includes multiple first-round picks.
