The Match purse: How much money will be donated to charity?

The total amount of money donated to charity at the end of "The Match" is unknown because that final number relies on a few circumstances. This is because there are five holes out of the 12 holes DeChambeau and Koepka are playing that have additional donation prices attached to them depending how the golfers compete.

In its history, "The Match" has donated around $30 million to various charities, and they have also donated around 10 million meals to Feeding America, which is one of their main charities for this edition. Additionally, APGA Tour (Advocates Pro Golf Association Tour) is the other main charity that the money will be donated to. WarnerMedia and the golfers will also be donating 3.75 million meals to Feeding America.

DeChambeau has chosen to donate to Shriner's Hospital for the event, while Koepka has chosen to donate to St. Jude Children's Hospital.

How much will the winner make?

In the first edition of "The Match" between Tiger Woods and Phil Mickelson, the winner (Mickelson) took home $9 million as his prize. However, the next three versions of "The Match" decided to put the prize money towards charities, so the winners have not taken any money home themselves.
