The road to the 2023 FIBA World Cup began when the draw for the continental qualifiers was announced on Aug. 31, 2021.
The on-court action for the Asia Qualifiers began with four gamedays in Nov. 2021, however, a bulk of the team begin their campaign in the upcoming campaign in Feb. 2022.

This is the second time that FIBA is organising continental qualifiers in the lead-up to the World Cup. For the 2019 FIBA World Cup, India was eliminated in the first round after it lost all six of its group games from between Nov. 2017 and Jul. 2018.
How will they fare in the Qualifiers for the 2023 FIBA World Cup? It certainly gets tougher given that India was slotted in Group A in the draw alongside Korea, Phillipines and New Zealand.
When is India playing in the 2023 FIBA World Cup Asian Qualifiers?
Team India plays all of its six Group A matches over a six-month period between Feb. 2022 and July. 2022 with four of its games scheduled over a five-day stretch from Feb. 24 to Feb. 28, 2022.
