The NBA 75 Shop is back with another gem of an item for all basketball fans!

When Canada's own Dr. James Naismith, born in Almonte, ON, invented the game of “basket ball” in December 1891, the rule book was much simpler.

Beginning with 13 rules written over two pages, Naismith organized two teams of nine players. Nailing two peach baskets to a balcony and using a soccer ball, the first-ever game was played on Dec. 21, 1891.

Now, you can own a piece of history by purchasing those 13 rules as a piece of art!

The art print features clear and gold foil and is printed on premium paper stock in Canada, and it includes a list of abbreviated rules. The full list of Dr. Naismith’s original rules is also included.

The artwork will be available for purchase at 75thshop.ca on Dec. 21, 2021, at 2 p.m. ET.

You can click that link now to join the waitlist and be alerted when the product drops!

For reference, the last two NBA 75 Shop items – the Huskies, Raptors and Grizzlies Mini-Court three-pack and NBA Holiday Bundle – both sold out, so get in while supplies last.
