The Ravens are hosting the Chiefs as the two teams look to bounce back from rocky starts to their seasons. The Chiefs managed to beat the Browns 33-29, but they benefitted from a botched punt and a busted coverage on Tyreek Hill that helped them push the Browns to 1-21-1 in season openers since rejoining the league in 1999.
Meanwhile, the Ravens blew a 14-point lead against the Raiders and ended up losing to them in overtime. Las Vegas was rocking in the Death Star, as the Raiders welcomed a pumped-up crowd into Allegiant Stadium that helped give them some extra juice in their wild victory.
Now, Baltimore will hope to bounce back, but it won't be easy for them. The Chiefs have won four consecutive games against the Ravens, including three in the last three years. John Harbaugh has never beaten an Andy Reid-coached Chiefs team and has just a 1-5 record against him in six regular-season meetings.

The Ravens and Chiefs are squaring off for the fourth consecutive meeting. They are two of the better teams in the AFC, and they have two perennial MVP candidates — Patrick Mahomes and Lamar Jackson — manning the quarterback spots for them.
That said, Jackson has had trouble during his career against the Chiefs. He has averaged just 170.3 passing yards in three games against them, all losses. He has done better with his legs — running for 196 yards — but he has only accounted for four total TDs while committing two turnovers and being sacked nine times. Only the Browns (12) have sacked Jackson more during his career.
Jackson will need to come ready for whatever Reid and defensive coordinator Steve Spagnuolo scheme up. Meanwhile, the Ravens defense will hope that cornerback Jimmy Smith will be healthy enough to rejoin the secondary after missing Monday's game against the Raiders with an ankle injury. If not, it'll be up to Marlon Humphrey and some other young Ravens to contain Patrick Mahomes.

"Sunday Night Football" will be broadcast on NBC with Al Michaels calling play-by-play and Cris Collinsworth providing analysis. Michele Tafoya will be reporting from the sidelines.
