WWE Crown Jewel 2021: When is it, how to watch in Australia, venue, match card and results

WWE will hold return to Saudi Arabia later this month, with the company holding their Crown Jewel pay-per-view event on October 22nd (AEDT).

Roman Reigns will defend his WWE Universal Title against Brock Lesnar, renewing their long-standing rivalry that included two WrestleMania main events. 

Also on the card will be a blockbuster triple threat match between Becky Lynch, Sasha Banks and Bianca Belair for the WWE Smackdown Women's Title, as well as the return of WWE Hall of Famer Golberg. 

The event will take place at Mohammed Abdu Arena in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and will be the first time since the COVID-19 pandemic began that the company will venture to the Middle East.

WHEN IS WWE CROWN JEWEL 2021?

This year's Crown Jewel event will take place on Friday October 22nd, which will be Thursday in the US. 

The event is expected to begin at 3am (AEDT) and run for approximately three-and-a-half hours. 

WHERE IS WWE CROWN JEWEL 2021?

WWE Crown Jewel will emanate live from the Mohammed Abdu Arena in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. 

The venue can hold an estimated attendanc of 60,000 people. 

HOW TO WATCH OR STREAM WWE CROWN JEWEL 2021 IN AUSTRALIA

There are two ways you can watch Crown Jewel in Australia - or any WWE pay-per-view for that matter.

The first is to subscribe to the WWE Network, which is $9.99 a month in the US, which works out to be about $13-14 AUD.

The Network is free for a month for new subscribers and has original weekly programming, as well as delayed replays of Raw, Smackdown and NXT.

The other way you can watch is via Main Event on both Foxtel and Kayo Sports. This option will cost you $24.95.

WHAT TIME IS WWE CROWN JEWEL 2021 IN AUSTRALIA?

WWE Crown Jewel is expected to begin at 3am (AEST) here in Australia and run for approximately three and a half hours.

The kickoff pre-show will begin at 2am and run for one hour on the WWE Network or any of WWE's social platforms. 

IS BROCK LESNAR WRESTLING AT WWE CROWN JEWEL 2021?

Yes, the former UFC heavyweight champion will make his in-ring return at WWE Crown Jewel.

Lesnar will challenge Roman Reigns for the WWE Universal Title at the event, renewing their rivalry that included two WrestleMania main events.

The Beast Incarnate hasn't wrestled in WWE since April 2020, where he lost in the main event of WrestleMania 36 to Drew McIntyre.
